Singular Property in El Coll (Alella)

Aro beach
A commercial photo session for Tonya Churina, the architect who designed and built two apartments in a new private housing complex, located in a luxurious area of Playa de Aro {Platja d'Aro} in Girona, Catalonia.
I did not use artificial photographic lighting, even in the case of portraits, to convey the real atmosphere of the houses.
Bedroom with bathroom
A real estate agency invited me to take photos of a private property where the work was carried out in its day. They needed quality photos for a magazine article. A family was already living in the apartment, so I had to be quick, so as not to disturb people too much. I went with two agents. The owner received us, and while they communicated with each other, I got to work. It took me no more than 20 minutes to prepare the space and take the photos.
I did not use additional photographic lighting to stay with the atmosphere of the place and enhance it in the post-production stage. I developed the negatives to my liking, going for a more commercial real estate look, which in the end the agency liked.
Airbnb Apartment
It is a provisional housing installation, placed in my photographic studio. We created it together with my team to teach the real estate photography ability that we can do.
I have directed the photographic narrative, which successively guides us from one point in space to another, showing it in the two 24-hour seasons: day and night. My main idea was to locate the viewer, convey how they would feel spending a stay in this apartment, and that they have no hesitation in renting it.
